Trift flowtrail

The Trift Flowtrail starts behind the Kreuzboden mountain restaurant and winds through alpine meadows and young larch forests on its descent to Triftalp. Riders experience smooth, flowing terrain with roots and rocks as they descend through the stunning Saas Valley landscape, accompanied by views of the Mischabel chain and its imposing 4,000-meter peaks. The trail crosses alpine streams twice and offers constant alpine sounds like cowbells and marmot whistles. This moderately difficult flowtrail is machine-groomed and family-friendly, making it accessible to a range of skill levels. At Triftalp, riders can continue to Saas-Grund via the Furwald singletrail or return to Kreuzboden.
