Posthotel Radstadt

The Posthotel in Radstadt is a very traditional and one of the oldest buildings in the center of Radstadt. The local post office with its stables was housed in this building. In 1910, the old post building was opened as a hotel. In 1927, Mrs. Lisl Jasny, our great-grandmother – a passionate restaurateur – acquired the Posthotel and took over the reins of the traditional business. Subsequently, our grandmother, Mrs. Johanna Walter, took over the business and continued it successfully. Due to a lack of successors, the hotel was leased out for almost 20 years. Only since 2008 has the Posthotel in Radstadt been back in family hands.
