MTB 75 Stabfall Heutal Hike und Bike

Riders start in Ruhpolding and bike on a well-maintained path that gently climbs through the pretty Fischbachtal valley to Laubau. At the end of the valley, they park their bikes at a shelter hut and hike up a narrow, winding trail with great views down into a deep gorge. The loud roar of the Staubfall waterfall grows closer as they near it, with water crashing 200 meters over rocks. Steps lead right behind the waterfall, which marks the border between Germany and Austria and was once a secret path for smugglers. The hike continues into the scenic Heutal area with its mix of forest and alpine views.
